Terms of service

Terms governing Scriptframegrid practical relocation guidance and use of this Germany migration information website.

Effective 15 August 2026

Acceptance and provider

These terms apply to this website and guidance supplied by Scriptframegrid, Level 7, 36 Rosenheimer Straße, Munich 81667. By booking a service or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase a service.

Scope of guidance

We provide practical relocation planning, publicly available information, appointment preparation and organizational support. We do not provide immigration legal advice, tax advice, insurance brokerage, certified translation or government representation. Authorities and third parties make their own decisions; we cannot guarantee appointments, approvals or processing times.

Booking and client responsibilities

A booking is confirmed when we accept the requested time and issue written confirmation. You must provide accurate, relevant facts and meet your own official deadlines. Do not send original identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees are stated before confirmation and invoiced separately; this website does not process payment. Cancellation and rescheduling rules are detailed in our refund policy and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Website text, consultation materials and original checklist formats belong to Scriptframegrid. You may use materials personally for your own relocation but may not resell, publish or train commercial systems on them without written permission. Official forms and third-party material remain their owners’ property.

Liability

We exercise reasonable care but public requirements can change and vary by municipality. To the extent permitted by German law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss arising from an essential contractual duty. Nothing excludes mandatory liability, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.

Governing law and disputes

German law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules where permitted. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Courts have jurisdiction as provided by German procedural law.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms prospectively. The version accepted at booking applies to that engagement. Questions may be sent to info@scriptframegrid.digital.
