Cancellation and refund policy

Cancelling before a session

Cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed start for a full refund of the consultation fee. Between 24 and 48 hours, we refund 50%. Less than 24 hours before the session, the fee is non-refundable because the reserved time usually cannot be reassigned.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is available without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes are treated as cancellation unless an emergency or exceptional event prevented notice. We consider such cases individually and may offer a new date.

No-shows and late arrival

If you do not attend and have not contacted us, the fee is non-refundable. A late session still ends at the confirmed time when another client follows. We may offer the remaining time or, when possible, quote for a new appointment.

Work already started

If you request early preparation and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work already completed. Bespoke written plans delivered after a completed consultation are non-refundable. We do not normally purchase materials for clients; any exceptional third-party cost requires your prior approval and is non-refundable once committed.

If we cancel

When Scriptframegrid cannot provide the confirmed session, you may choose a new date or a full refund. This does not cover unrelated travel, accommodation or authority appointment costs.

Requesting a refund

Email info@scriptframegrid.digital with your name, booking date and invoice reference. Do not send banking credentials. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank processing may add time.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer cancellation or statutory rights under German law. Where a legal exception or right applies, it takes priority.
