How Scriptframegrid handles contact and consultation data for relocation guidance in Germany.

Data we use and why
When you contact us, we use your name, email, message, selected guidance and preferred date to answer your inquiry and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. During an engagement, we process relevant relocation facts to deliver the service and meet contractual and legal recordkeeping duties.
Essential browser storage records your cookie choice based on our legitimate interest in respecting that preference. Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted, would rely on consent. We do not ask for passport scans through the website.
Recipients and transfers
Authorized staff and service providers supporting email, hosting and business records receive only data needed for their roles and are bound by appropriate safeguards. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or approved Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards where required.
Retention
Unbooked inquiries are generally deleted within six months. Client engagement records are retained for the contractual relationship and then as required by German tax and commercial law, commonly up to ten years for relevant accounting records. Cookie preferences remain until browser storage is cleared.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision where applicable.
Security and required information
We use access controls, data minimization and encrypted transport where available. No internet transmission is risk-free. Data marked as necessary for an inquiry is required so we can respond; you are not obliged to provide unrelated or sensitive details.
