About Scriptframegrid

Calm guidance for an administrative move

Meet the Munich-based people behind Scriptframegrid and our practical approach to Germany relocation planning.

Advisers discussing a planning document at a table

Why Scriptframegrid exists

The first weeks after a move to Germany are full of dependencies: a landlord’s confirmation affects registration, registration affects later correspondence, and each household member may face a different timetable. Scriptframegrid began in Munich to help new arrivals see that order before it becomes a pile of urgent letters.

Our work is practical relocation guidance. We read current public information, build personal timelines, prepare clients to ask precise questions and point out where a regulated adviser is needed.

The people beside the checklist

Mara Klein, lead relocation adviser, has spent nine years supporting international hires and their families through arrivals in Bavaria. Her focus is appointment preparation, household sequencing and plain-language explanations.

Jonas Weber, client coordinator, maintains local resource notes and keeps follow-ups moving. He is often the person who checks whether a promised document arrived or a next appointment was actually booked.

Our working principles

Sequence before volume

Twenty unchecked tasks are less useful than three next actions with dates, owners and dependencies.

Explain the boundary

Relocation guidance is not immigration law, tax advice or insurance brokerage. We say when a decision belongs with an authority or regulated professional.

Keep identity data with you

We minimize personal data and never ask clients to send passport scans through the website form.

Respect the lived move

Finding a Kita place, understanding a utility letter or learning the route to the Bürgerbüro may matter as much as a formal milestone. A useful plan holds both.
